  • Information about your transactions with us or others, such as: account balance , payment history and other parties to your transactions.
  • Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency, such as: your credit history and credit worthiness.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as required by law.

If you should terminate your membership with us, we will not share any information we have collected about you, except as required.

We may disclose all or any of the information we collect, as described above, to service providers and companies that perform marketing services o our behalf, such as: check printing companies and loan insurance companies.

We restrict access to your personal and account information to employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
