If your Visa check card is lost or stolen, please call 1-800-453-4270 to report it.
ATTENTION: VISA FRAUD ALERT
We have received calls from our members stating that they received an automated message telling them their Visa Check Card has been temporarily disabled and members are asked to give out their card number, pin, expiration date, social security number, etc. or call back a long distance number. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION TO THIS NUMBER. Please call the Credit Union if you received a call and/or gave them any account/personal information.
We do have a fraud system that may call but you can always call the Credit Union to verify that it was from our fraud unit thru Visa. The Credit Union will not ask for personal and confidential account information or pin numbers by phone.

The Credit Union would like to announce the addition of a fifth ATM located in the Williams Center right outside the Fredonia Branch Office! Just a reminder, our other ATMs are located on the SUNY campus (Fenton Hall, Steele Hall, and University Commons) and the TLC Hospital Lobby in Irving. Our ATMs are accessible during hours when these buildings are open for business.

Beware of Fraud Email Phishing Activity
The National Credit Union Association (NCUA) is reporting fraudulent emails asking credit union members to participate in a survey and promise compensation of $40 as an incentive for members to respond to the email. The emails are fraudulent and may be an attempt to obtain your confidential information. Please do not respond to the emails. The NCUA and the SUNY Fredonia FCU will not ask for personal and confidential account information or pin numbers by email or phone. Members should be leery if placed in this situation. Please alert the Credit Union if you feel you are part of a potential scam. |
